Bison Green Pepper Burgers
My father would make his special burgers every once in awhile when we would go up north to the cottage in Lake George, MI. Finely dice the green peppers and onions. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients and spices. This recipe has so much flavor no salt is needed. And my High Plains Bison makes this a great treat for your taste buds.
