Ingredients

 5 Cajun-style Andouille bison sausages
 5 PumperJack buns
 Sauerkraut
 Brown mustard
 4 cups water

Directions

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add sausages, and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until sausages have reached an internal temperature of 160°F, or 5-7 minutes.

Remove sausages from water, and place in buns.

Top with all other ingredients.
